Return and Refund
At Slip Slip Knit, we hope all our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return all or part of your order, you must inform us by email via email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your return request is accepted, your items must be posted within 14 days after initial contact and be liable for all shipping cost of the returned items. We advise your items are returned by recorded delivery service as refund will not be issued for goods lost or damaged during transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your items must remain in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
