SILK MOHAIR contains 60% kid mohair, 15% wool and 25% silk. It is the exclusive mohair yarn for the discerning knitter. Well suited to knit together with other qualities.
Machine wash on a gentle wool cycle, low temperature. Use a wool detergent, no softener.
Recommended gauge is large because of the halo; it can be knit anywhere between a worsted and bulky gauge depending on how open you would like the fabric to be.

Slip Slip Knit recommends that all wool garments to be handwashed in cold/luke warm water with detergent suitable for hand knits. Squeeze out excess water gently and absorb remaining moisture with a dry towel.
For machine wash, we recommend you to wash your wool garments separately in order to avoid felting. Put the wool garment on a gentle wool cycle; followed by a rinse cycle to remove excess water, if necessary.
Dry Flat and never hand on a washing line.
